Shipping and Returns
Items will be shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS).
USPS Items will ship Monday through Saturday. Delivery confirmation is provided with USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail International (EMS).
We cannot declare items shipped outside the United States as 'gifts'. If required, international customers must be prepared to pay additional duties or taxes for imported goods. We will not be responsible for the payment of import duties or taxes.
All customer claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Any mistake performed by FlightPose is subject to refund or store credit. If the wrong merchandise is sent to a customer, it must be returned in unopened condition.
