Assembly Instructions

  1. Place the 3 balls of the rods in the holes on the base.
  2. Place the cover over the 3 balls and hold down firmly. This will keep the rods standing upright.
  3. Place the screws in the holes of the cover plate and use a Phillips-head screwdriver to begin tightening screws in a slow and even manner. Do not tighten the screws all the way.
  4. Hold the model slightly above the stand and estimate the desired postition of the rods.
  5. Adjust the rods to balance the position in mind and finish tightening the screws. Do not over-tighten the screws! Over-tightening can put excess strain on the rods and cover plate.
  6. Gently lower the model onto the rod bumpers and verify it is balanced properly. If the rods are not supporting the model it may be necessary to reposition them to evenly distribute the weight of the model.

Notes

  • The rods are strong enough to hold the model but if you adjust too quickly they may be damaged.
  • For more of a shine, polish the stand with a lint-free cloth.
  • Please remember, while the stand can adjust to various angles, use caution with extreme angles.
  • The range of position you can adjust will vary from model to model.
